erin wilson quilts

The challenge in designing this site, was to create an effective grid to show a lot of work that was composed of right angles that are slightly askew. erin wanted to show all her quilts on one page, so i suggested separating the content into her three main series plus an archive with all her work. Although both erin and I wanted a lot of white space around the images, we realized that the slightly distorted grey grid background helped to create structure for the images. The site uses wordpress as a cms with a static homepage with a rotating set of images. View the site here.
